Qigong with Lois

We're grateful to announce that Lois Weber will now be doing Qigong Energy Balancing & Spiritual Connection sessions with individuals on Mondays in July and August at the Hope Interfaith Center.

What is Qigong? It has been around for thousands of years and can be effective in restoring the flow of energy (Qi) in the body. The sessions are done while sitting in a chair and there is no touching. Qigong is often called needle-less acupuncture.

For the month of July, Lois will be offering 1/2 hour complimentary sessions on Mondays. If you are interested in scheduling a time or have questions, call me at 507-387-1633.

These sessions are deeply healing and restorative!

Hello Beautiful Soul,Connecting with Nature for Health and Wellness with Community. Save the date for Sunday Spiritual Service on July 13th at 10am where we will once again connect with nature under Grandmother tree at HIC.While in the Autumn and Winter we connect with Fire & Ice spirits. During the Summer we connect with Water & Air elements of Nature. At out Spiritual Service we explore the present moment in connection with others and Mother Nature. Lightly facilitated by people, mostly facilitated by Mother Nature.Forest Church is a contemporary movement with roots in the long Christian tradition of engagement in nature, such as the Celtic and Franciscan approaches. Many cultures who go forest bathing not only find wellness and balance coming back into their lives but also meet with God and Goddess in and through their connection with the natural world. Through mystical encounters with the singing of the birds, whispers from the wind or a conversation with a scrubby oak tree. And of course, wordless conversations when receiving Reiki Communion. You can touch the Sacred and be changed at our Spiritual Service outside.Lynda Mead will be joining us and taking us through a Qi Gong movement to welcome in the healing energy of the Divine Chi.All are Welcome to join us on Sunday, July 13 at 10am under Grandmother tree at the Hope Interfaith Center at 114 Pohl Road in Mankato, MN.
