Qigong with Lois

We're grateful to announce that Lois Weber will now be doing Qigong Energy Balancing & Spiritual Connection sessions with individuals on Mondays in July and August at the Hope Interfaith Center. What is Qigong?  It has been around for thousands of years and can be effective in restoring
